In any case, the providers we have chosen for these activities offer the same guarantees of security and legality of processing that our Foundation guarantees you.

Your personal data is kept only to the extent strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and, as far as our fundraising activities are concerned, only as long as your interest in supporting us or being our donors persists.
In some cases, the Foundation may, however, keep your data even after this period, to the extent strictly necessary and indispensable for issuing certificates and/or documents that may be requested by individuals or public entities, for the achievement of other purposes for which the data was collected or to allow our Foundation to exercise and/or assert a right or defend itself in court.
In any case, your data will not be stored beyond the usual prescription periods provided by law.
